Geek System LLC has established a considerate Refund Policy that has following right of cancellation:

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, you can ask for a refund of the amount paid along with legitimate reason within 30 days.
  • This policy does not apply to one-time fix subscription.
  • Any refund request made after 30 days of payment is dismissed.

Geek System LLC, may but it is not under obligation to honor your refund request under the following reasons:

  • There is a defect in the services or product that is sold to you
  • Where Geek System LLC is unable to deliver the services within the promised time

Duplicate Payment

You can directly contact us on the registered number or email us at support@geeksystemllc.com for raising the request of refund. While raising the refund request, you need to provide your name, email address, contact number, mode of payment along with payment transaction ID. Geek System LLC will first review your refund request, and after the assessment, we will start your refund process. You will be notified once yourrefund is processed within 30 days' time period.
